Square/Round ERW Mill

This mill is the best option for producing square, round, and rectangular tubing off of one mill.   It has a direct forming section for square and rectangular tubing, and a cage forming section for round tubing.  The direct forming section produces the mills entire range of square and rectangular sizes with a single set of tooling.  Size changes happen in minutes, saving you labor and increasing productivity.  When changing sizes for round tubing, only the fin pass and sizing rolls need to be changed.  Additionally, this mill can be equipped with any of FD's Digital Roll Positioning systems.
